What happens after I send the form?

We read the request and get back to you within one business day, the way you asked. If it is not a fit for us, we say so right away and point you elsewhere where we can.

Is the 30-minute call really free?

Yes, and it commits you to nothing. It qualifies both ways: you see how we work, we see whether the mandate is for us. No proposal goes out without a second conversation.

Why so many questions on the form?

Because they replace the first twenty minutes of the call. Headcount, the in-house HR resource and the timeline are enough to prepare a useful discussion rather than a generic pitch.

Do I need to be ready to start a mandate to call?

Accepted Answer

No. A good share of these calls exist to work out whether there is a problem to solve and when. If the answer is “not right now”, that is a valid answer, and it costs less than a mandate started too early.

My company has fewer than 50 employees. Is it worth calling?

Yes. We take mandates from around 20 employees up. At that size the need is usually more targeted than a full programme: a salary structure, job descriptions brought up to date, a hand with a difficult situation. We build the mandate around what is actually useful to you.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements?

Yes, on request, before the first call if you want. A diagnostic touches salary data and employee files, so confidentiality is part of every mandate, signed agreement or not.

Do you work in English?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mandates run in French or English, and deliverables can be produced in both languages when the team is bilingual.
